    Saldo afstemmingen<\/h2>\n

    Naast het analyseren van uw betalingen kijken we ook naar de openstaande saldi bij uw leveranciers.<\/p>\n

    Onze ervaring leert dat er onvoldoende tijd wordt gestoken in het afstemmen van deze saldi, omdat het een lastig en arbeidsintensief proces is. Juist voldoende tijd hiervoor kunnen nemen is vaak een probleem.<\/p>\n

    In een perfecte situatie zouden de openstaande saldi van u en uw leverancier gelijk moeten zijn. Onze ervaring leert dat dat niet het geval is. Wij geven u inzicht in deze verschillen door het opvragen van de zogenaamde statements of account.<\/p>\n

    Na het opvragen vergelijken wij de openstaande saldi van de leverancier met die van u en brengen verschillen aan het licht.<\/p>\n

    Wanneer de claim terecht is, zal Cost Savings deze voor u innen. We doen dit middels een bankoverschrijving naar een rekeningnummer van u of verkrijgen een schriftelijke goedkeuring van uw leverancier dat er verrekend mag worden.

    Het werk ligt volledig bij Cost Savings. Nadat het contract is ondertekend, schakelt CS met een door jullie aangewezen contactpersoon voor de data overdracht. Wanneer de data door Cost Savings is ontvangen en de data analyse is uitgevoerd, plannen wij een kick off meeting in. Na de kick off meeting zullen wij de audit volgens onze stappen (zie Accounts Payable Audit) uitvoeren. Wij vragen 0,5 – 1 uur per 2 weken om door de claims te gaan. Een keer per maand\/ kwartaal een fysieke meeting voor een tussentijdse rapportage en tenslotte een eindrapportage. Dit kan aangepast worden in overleg met u.<\/p>\n
